Fatal Crash at Randall And O'Neill Under Investigation

[UPDATE: Cheyenne Police have identified the victim of the crash as 42 year old Leona Stats of Cheyenne]

The Cheyenne Police Department is investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Randall Avenue and O Neil Avenue.

A 42-year-old Cheyenne woman, who was a passenger in a Ford Explorer, died at the scene.

A Ford F250 truck driven by Todd McCoy, 50, of Cheyenne, was traveling north on O Neil Avenue. The truck collided with a Ford Explorer, which was traveling southeast on Randall Avenue.

The Ford Explorer, driven by Melissa Stephenson, 26, of Cheyenne, rolled over in the crash.

No arrests have been made and this case remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.
