Fresh fruit and vegetables. Locally roasted coffee and danish. Local honey and home made bread.

The weekend market is open for 2018 on 15th Street between Carey and O'Neil Avenues.

The market typically features from Wyoming and Colorado offering fruits, vegetables baked goods, jams, jellies, salsa, dairy products, meats, gourmet coffees and a variety of other items.

Former Cheyenne Botanic Gardens Executive Director Shane Smith, who was one of the original founders of the Cheyenne Farmer's Market, offered some advice on shopping at the market in a 2016 interview with Townsquare Media.

Smith advised people who are shopping for high-quality items to get there early before the products have been picked over. On the other hand, if your goal is to get the best possible price, Smith advised doing your shopping later in the day, preferably near closing time. That's because vendors may be willing to mark down prices later in the day to clear the inventory.

Proceeds from the Farmer's Market go to benefit Community Action of Laramie County.
