Another fugitive on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's "Most Wanted" list has been captured, just four days after being added to the list.

According to a booking sheet, 36-year-old Cheyenne resident James Edward Carrera was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on Friday, June 20, after a sergeant with the Laramie County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of southbound Interstate 180 and identified him as a passenger.

Carrera was found to have a felony warrant out of Laramie County District Court for failure to appear.

Carrera was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant.
