
Traffic Stop Leads to Capture of Cheyenne Man on ‘Most Wanted’ List
Another fugitive on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's "Most Wanted" list has been captured, just four days after being added to the list.
According to a booking sheet, 36-year-old Cheyenne resident James Edward Carrera was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on Friday, June 20, after a sergeant with the Laramie County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of southbound Interstate 180 and identified him as a passenger.
Carrera was found to have a felony warrant out of Laramie County District Court for failure to appear.
Carrera was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant.
9 Fugitives Still on the Run
Deputies are still looking for these nine most wanted fugitives:
Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the list on Jan. 19, 2024.

Angel King, who was added to the list on Nov. 19, 2024.
Desiree Delaney, who was added to the list on Jan. 8.
Alexander Parish and Montegua Presbury, who were added to the list on May 12.
Sergio Taylor and Ann Wallace, who were added to the list on May 13.
Robin Hoback, who was added to the list on May 15.
And Domonique Hernandez-Walker, who was added to the list on June 16.
