During the check, probation and parole reportedly found a firearm in a container next to a chair in Calley's game room.

Calley was convicted of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor in Wyoming on June 20, 2017, and is not allowed to be around or have a firearm in his possession.

Probation and parole also reportedly found a cell phone that they say Calley admitted to having activated and not registering with the sex offender registration office.

Calley reportedly had Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram accounts and was signed up for two dating sites, none of which he had registered.

Calley was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center on a probation and parole hold and for failure to register as a sex offender and felon in possession of a firearm.

As of 2 p.m. Tuesday, he had yet to be formally charged.
