Officials say Scrak showed up at the Circuit Court counter, although it's unclear why since she didn't have a court hearing, and was found to have a warrant out of Circuit Court for one count of felony shoplifting.
The warrant was signed by Judge Thomas Lee on March 29, 2024.
When informed of the warrant, the arresting deputy says Scrak became angry and started to walk away, so the arm bar technique was used to take her into custody.
Scrak was seen on her warrant Thursday afternoon.
Her bond was set at $2,000 cash and her preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 19 at 9:45 a.m.
