Bloss was Mirandized and reportedly told officers he did nothing.

But police say Bloss had apparent hand marks on his knuckles consistent with hitting something.

Bloss was handcuffed and taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, and while in transport, reportedly became uncooperative.

Police say jail staff were advised and Bloss was taken straight to a cell once at the jail.

Despite being booked for aggravated assault and battery - causes or attempts to cause serious bodily injury, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, Bloss was only charged with reckless endangering, a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in prison.

Bond Revocation

Due to the charge being a violation of his bond conditions in another case, Laramie County District Court Judge Catherine R. Rogers on Monday, Nov. 4 signed a bench warrant for Bloss for failure to comply.

He was served in jail the following day.

Please remember that all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
