A 35-year-old Cheyenne woman is facing a felony charge after allegedly stealing a vehicle.

According to a booking sheet, a deputy with the Laramie County Sheriff's Office arrested Viola Marie Kills Crow Indian at East Allison Road and South Avenue B-6 at 1:14 p.m. on Sunday, April 27, for motor vehicle theft.

Kills Crow Indian Charged With Felony Theft

Kills Crow Indian was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with felony theft, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.

Bond Set at $3K Cash

Kills Crow Indian made her initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Tuesday, April 29, during which her bond was set at $3,000 cash and her preliminary hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, at 10:30 a.m.
