
Cheyenne Man Tased, Arrested After Warrant Service Goes Awry
A wanted Cheyenne man is behind bars after reportedly trying to flee from a Laramie County Sheriff’s detective.
According to a booking sheet, 27-year-old Sebastian Michael Moore was arrested in the 500 block of Williams Street at 3:04 p.m. on Monday, June 9.
Felony Warrants
The arresting detective says he was attempting to arrest Moore on his outstanding felony warrants, when Moore fled into his house.
He says Moore was tased after being ordered to stop.

Moore was reportedly being sought for strangulation of a household member, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison; domestic battery - two or more convictions within the previous 10 years, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both; and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance in pill or capsule form.
He also reportedly had a warrant out of Laramie County District Court for failure to comply with an original charge of domestic battery - third offense.

Moore was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrants as well as a misdemeanor charge of interference with a peace officer - no injury.
Moore is scheduled to appear in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge TJ Forwood tomorrow, June 12, at 2 p.m.
