Cheyenne Man Charged With Felony Domestic Battery
A 26-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after allegedly physically injuring a household member.
According to a booking sheet, it all started around 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, when Laramie County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a residence for a physical disturbance.
Physical Disturbance Leads to Felony Arrest
Deputies established probable cause that Sebastian Michael Moore, who fled the scene before they showed up, committed felony domestic battery.
At about 8:51 p.m., a deputy spotted Moore standing at the intersection of South Greeley Highway and College Drive, and he was arrested and taken to the Laramie County Detention Center without issue.
Moore, who's reportedly been convicted of domestic battery two or more times within the previous 10 years, was subsequently charged with felony domestic battery, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.

Bond Set at $2K Cash
Moore made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Monday, Oct. 7, during which his bond was set at $2,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 1:30 p.m.
Please remember that all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
