A 25-year-old Cheyenne woman is facing a felony charge after allegedly trying to break into the neighbors to fight them.

According to a booking sheet, Precious Jhenna Moyte was arrested at 6:49 p.m. on Friday, May 16, after a Laramie County Sheriff's deputy responded to 501 Dallas Rd. regarding a neighbor who tried to break into their house to fight them.

Moyte Hit With Felony Charge

Moyte was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with unlawful entry into an occupied structure, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.

On Tuesday, May 20, Moyte was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on the charge.

Bond Set at $1.5K at 10%

Moyte's bond was set at $1,500 at 10% and her preliminary hearing was scheduled for Thursday, May 29, at 3 p.m.
