Cheyenne Woman Gets Out of Jail, Arrested Next Day for Burglary
A 43-year-old Cheyenne woman is facing felony charges after reportedly burglarizing three vehicles and an apartment a day after getting released from jail.
Cheyenne Woman Arrested for Pedestrian Under the Influence
According to booking sheets, Tammy Lee Wagoner, also known as Przymus, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence at 3:15 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2024, after she was contacted on West College Drive at Grand Harmony Boulevard.
The arresting deputy says Wagoner displayed several indicators of narcotic impairment, including pinpoint pupils, rapid incoherent speech, and body tremors, but she refused detox and medical treatment.
Wagoner was seen on the misdemeanor charge the following morning in Laramie County Circuit Court and released from jail.

Then, around 5 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2024, police were dispatched to a burglary at 1603 Taft Ave.
During the investigation, it was found that Wagoner burglarized three vehicles and an apartment, taking clothing and jewelry from each.
Police say she also entered another apartment without permission and struck a person in the head.
Police say Wagoner was identified by victims as the person who assaulted them and was wearing clothing and jewelry from their vehicles.
While in the rear seat of the patrol car, Wagoner reportedly began demanding to be let out and kicking the door, and while officers were attempting to pull her out of the vehicle, she pulled away multiple times.
Cheyenne Woman Charged With 2 Felonies, 3 Misdemeanors
Wagoner was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with two counts of burglary, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
Wagoner was also charged with three misdemeanors, including criminal entry, simple assault, and interference with a peace officer - no injury.
Wagoner was seen on the five charges the following morning in Circuit Court, during which her bond was set at $3,000 cash, and her preliminary hearing was scheduled for Aug. 16, 2024, at 9:45 a.m.
