Laramie County’s Sheriff’s Office Updates ‘Most Wanted’ List
The Laramie County Sheriff's Office on Friday afternoon added three new fugitives to its "Most Wanted" list, one of whom has already been captured.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, the agency announced that the Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office in Kelso, Washington had captured Jonathan Mills.
Mills, who's from Kelso, was being sought on a warrant for failure to comply.
He and Anna M. Howe, also of Kelso, were arrested on Aug. 4, 2024, after a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper stopped them near mile marker 361 on Business Interstate 80/Lincolnway and felony amounts of suspected methamphetamine and U-47700 (synthetic opioids) were reportedly found in their van.

"We reached out to WA to help and will be bringing him back to answer his alleged crimes," the post reads.
Jean Valdez and Diana Valero were also added to the list.
The two are among nine fugitives currently being sought by the department.
The other seven are:
Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the list on Jan. 19, 2024.

Britney Breazeale, who was added to the list on April 18, 2024.
Matthew Campos and Ross Maez, who were added to the list on Aug. 7, 2024, a day after appearing on the Sheriff's Office's "Clink-O" game.
Jessey Smith, who was added to the list on Aug. 29, 2024.
Ernest Jaramillo, who was added to the list on Sept. 11, 2024.
And Mark Martinez, who was added to the list on Oct. 18, 2024.

Informants will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
