
Cheyenne Man Hit With Felony After Allegedly Huffing and Driving
A 42-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after allegedly causing more than $1,000 worth of property damage while huffing and driving.
According to a booking sheet, Laramie County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to 2314 Persons Rd. shortly after 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14 for a report of a person who was huffing and driving.

Huffing and Driving Report Leads to Arrest
Deputies say they spoke to Michael Paul Deluzio, who admitted to driving and huffing an inhalent, making him incapable of safely driving.
Deputies say Deluzio had two containers of Dust-Off concealed in his coat arms and had caused a felony amount of property destruction while huffing and driving.
Deluzio was arrested and taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked without incident.
Deluzio Charged With DUI, Felony Property Destruction
Deluzio was subsequently charged with misdemeanor DUI - controlled substance and felony property destruction, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
Bond Set at $2.5K Cash or Surety
Deluzio made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Thursday, Jan. 16, during which his bond was set at $2,500 cash or surety and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 23 at 3:30 p.m.
