
Cheyenne Man Released on Signature Bond After Turning Himself In
A 30-year-old Cheyenne man is out on bond after turning himself in on a felony warrant.
According to a booking sheet, James Riley Price IV turned himself in at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
The Laramie County Sheriff's Office says Price had an active warrant out of Laramie County for felony possession of methamphetamine, a crime punishable by up to seven years in prison, up to a $15,000 fine, or both.
Circuit Court Judge Sean C. Chambers signed the warrant on Sept. 20, 2024.

Price was seen in Circuit Court on Thursday, Oct. 10.
$3K Signature Bond
He was granted a $3,000 signature bond, allowing him to be released from jail without having to post bail on the condition he returns to court for his preliminary hearing, which was set for Friday, Oct. 18 at 9:45 a.m., and comply with any other conditions set by the court.
