Congressional Investigators Question Federal Coal Sales [AUDIO]

Congressional investigators have found problems with federal coal sales that a leading lawmaker said might have cost taxpayers $200 million or more in lost revenue. The Navy is investigating cheating allegations against about one-fifth of its trainers at a school for Naval Nuclear Power Reactor operators.
