The Laramie County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in hunting down whoever stole two guns out of an SUV in south Cheyenne.

According to Public Information Officer Brandon Warner, the incident occurred sometime between Sunday, March 16, and Monday, March 17 in the 2100 block of Persons Road

"Someone took a bronze Glock 17 in 9mm and a Benelli 12-gauge shotgun from an SUV," said Warner.

Anyone with information about the vehicle burglary is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at 307-638-TIPS or visit silentwitnesslaramiecounty.com.

Informants will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
