Cheyenne Woman Wanted for Receiving Stolen Property, Meth [VIDEO]

The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating 23-year-old Amber Lee Owen.

"She is wanted on a felony bond revocation warrant stemming from felony receiving stolen property and possession of meth charges," said Lt. Don Hollingshead.

Owen is a 5-foot-6, white woman weighing 159 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
