Cheyenne's water quality meets or exceeds federal and local drinking water standards, according to a new report from the Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities [BOPU].

The board has released it's 2018 Consumer Confidence Report [CCR], also known as the water quality report.

According to the report, no violations of water safety regulations were found last year and the local water supply "is better than drinking water standards established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) " in the words of the report.
