Cheyenne Teens Bound Over in Armed Robbery
Police say Moriel admitted that he and Wanstall had agreed to commit an armed robbery at the Loaf 'N Jug and that he acted as the lookout while Wanstall entered the store.
Wanstall initially denied that he was part of the robbery, but later told police that he was part of the robbery as well as three prior robberies in Cheyenne.
Wanstall is charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and Moriel is charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. Both charges carry a maximum penalty of five to 25 years in prison.
Both men remain jailed on $3,500 cash bonds. Their arraignment dates have yet to be scheduled.
