‘Cheyenne Summer’ White Whiskey Released
Pine Bluffs Distilling
The Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority, DDA, has partnered with Pine Bluffs Distilling and West Edge Collective to release Cheyenne Summer white whiskey.
The DDA calls the whiskey "a unique white whiskey that celebrates Cheyenne's colorful past and current renaissance." The whiskey is a specially-blended corn, wheat, and barley whiskey made from locally grown ingredients and distilled in Pine Bluffs.
DDA Executive Director Vicki Dugger named the whiskey, while the distillery co-owner, Chad Brown and his sister, Erica Unruh, created the whiskey.
The whiskey is available from local outlets including Provisions Wine and Spirits.
Pine Bluffs Distilling is also doing a special release of Cheyenne Summer, and another product, Rusted Ring. at the distillery on Sunday afternoon from 12-4.
