Cheyenne Police are asking for the public's help in solving a recent burglary at a construction site. That's according to a post on the Cheyenne Police Department Facebook page.

Police say about $15,000 of tools were stolen from a construction site in the 4000 block of Cox Court on April 3. Four businesses working at the site had items stolen, and a trailer, mobile office, and several toolboxes were all burglarized.

The post says the following items were taken:

''Various DeWalt tools, hand tools, and other construction tools were stolen. Most of them were marked with company and employee names – some were written in white paint pen or Sharpie:
- Western Drywall
- Climate Control
- Sampson, Sam
- Quality Electric''
Anyone with information is being asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at 638-TIPS or go to www.silentwitnesslaramiecounty.com. Tipsters may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 according to the post.
