Cheyenne Police Searching for Missing 14-Year-Old Boy

Cheyenne police say Charles Bell has been located.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help in finding a 14-year-old runaway.
Police say Charles Bell ran away in the area of Pinion Drive and Omaha Road.
Bell is 5-foot-2 and weighs 98 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black zip up sweatshirt and gray sweatpants. He also wears green glasses and has a multicolored backpack.
Anyone with information on Bell's whereabouts is asked to call police dispatch at (307) 637-6588.
