Cheyenne Police Looking to ID Man, SUV Possibly Connected to Theft

Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man or SUV possibly connected to a shoplifting incident.

Police say the theft took place at the Walmart at 2032 Dell Range Boulevard.
