Cheyenne Police Investigate Unlawful Entry

An  incident in the 1000 block of Jefferson Road Wednesday night that was initially investigated by Cheyenne Police as an armed robbery is now being called an unlawful entry.

Officer Dan Long says police are still trying to sort out exactly what happened. He says that while "an incident" occurred, it wasn't an armed robbery and the exact details are still unclear.

Long says it appears more likely that the incident involved a possible destruction of property, if anything. No arrests have been made and the case remains under investigation.
