Cheyenne Police Report 20 Fewer Arrests During Cheyenne Frontier Days 2026

Cheyenne Police were not quite as busy during Cheyenne Frontier Days this year compared to 2025, according to a CPD news release.

Spokeswoman Alex Farkas says the department responded to 2,340 calls for service this year and logged a total of 44 arrests. That is 1.8 percent fewer calls and 20 fewer arrests than for CFD 2025.

Most of the arrests were for active warrants, public intoxication, and domestic violence, according to the release.
