Cheyenne Man Gets 10 Years in Federal Prison for Child Porn
A 63-year-old Cheyenne man was sentenced Tuesday in federal court for possession of child pornography.
U.S. District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson sentenced Robert Eugene Logan to 10 years in prison and seven years of supervised release.
Laramie County deputies arrested Logan on Jan. 4 after his wife reportedly saw child porn on his cell phone and contacted them.
Logan, who was on probation for child porn at the time, told deputies he'd been looking at child porn on his cellular devices between Dec. 28, 2018 and Jan. 2, 2019, and that he looked at it for self-gratification and masturbation purposes.
According to court records, data from one of Logan's cell phones showed several images of adults performing sexual acts on juvenile children.
