Cheyenne Man Charged Again for Child Porn
A 62-year-old Cheyenne man on probation for child pornography is facing a new child porn charge.
Robert Logan was arrested on Jan. 4 after his wife reportedly saw child porn on his cell phone and contacted the authorities.
Deputies say Logan told them he'd been looking at child porn on his cellular devices between Dec. 28, 2018 and Jan. 2, 2019, and that he looked at it for self-gratification and masturbation purposes.
According to an affidavit, data from one of Logan's cell phones showed several images of adults performing sexual acts on juvenile children.
Logan has been charged with sexual exploitation of a child-second offense and could face five to 12 years in prison if convicted.
Logan is currently being held in the Laramie County jail on a $5,000 cash bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 18 at 10 a.m.
