Expect The Warmest Christmas On Record For SE Wyoming
Anyone expecting a white Christmas in southeast Wyoming in 2025 is in for a disappointment.
In fact the forecast is more typical of September or May than December 25, with highs expected in the low to mid 60s in many areas.
That's according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service. The agency posted the following on its website:
2025 is expected to be the warmest Christmas on record for our area! Record high temperatures are in the forecast across the area for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with temperatures expected to reach the upper 50s to low 70s. Breezy to windy conditions will be present both days, particularly in Wyoming. Most of the area will be dry, but showers (with high elevation snow) will return Christmas Day to portions of Carbon and Albany counties.
