Cheyenne BOPU To Drain 36-Inch Water Pipeline Soon
The Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities will be draining a large water main between Crystal Reservoir and the R.L. Sherrard Water Treatment Plant starting tomorrow [Feb. 1].
That's according to a BOPU news release.
The release says the pipeline will be drained on Feb. 1, 5th and 6th. The 36-inch pipeline is being drained in preparation for electrical installation work on the Hydroelectric Generation Facility, according to the release.
Changes In Water Quality Not Expected
Residents should not notice a difference in their drinking water, but people who live on Happy Jack Road between the reservoir and the treatment plant may notice "geyser-like" flows on days when the line is being drained.
Outstanding Graffiti Train Passes Through Wyoming
We all see the graffiti on trains that pass through Wyoming.
But have you ever paused just a moment to look at it?
A lot is garbage.
But some of this still can be considered art.
Even great art.
Other times it's just an interesting message.
