Wyoming Highway Closure This Morning

After waking from the shaking of thunder at 2:30 a.m., I found hail in the yard and checked the road report from WYDOT for the latest and found as of 3:30 a.m.

I-80

I-80 is slick with snowfall and limited visibility between Rawlins and Laramie, EASTBOUND I-80 is CLOSED between Laramie and Cheyenne due to winter driving conditions, Westbound I-80 is slick with snowfall, strong winds, fog and limited visibility between Cheyenne and Happy Jack road, then slick with snowfall to Laramie. 

I-80 is slick with snow in spots, rain with strong winds between Cheyenne and Pine Bluffs, then dry to the Nebraska State Line

I-25

I-25 is wet with rain and strong winds between Cheyenne and the Colorado State Line

I-25 is wet with rain and fog and limited visibility between Cheyenne and Wheatland then wet with rain and snow between Glendo and Casper.

 Hwy 85

Hwy 85 is wet with rain between  Cheyenne and the Colorado State Line

Hwy 85 is wet with fog between Cheyenne and Meriden.

Hwy 287

Hwy 287 is slick with snowfall and limited visibility between Laramie and the Colorado State Line
