Arellano-Hernandez received time served, plus 10 days, to be followed by one year of probation, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigated this case.

Freudenthal also sentenced Timothy Andrew Neefe, 39, of Cheyenne for possession of child pornography. He received three years of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of probation, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment and $9,000 in restitution.

This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

U.S. District Court Judge Scott Skavdahl sentenced Darrell Lyle Moss, Jr., 34, of Arapahoe for assault resulting in serious bodily injury. Moss, Jr., was arrested in Riverton. He received two years, three months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of probation, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment. Restitution in this matter will be determined at a later date.
