Weather Service Posts Flood Watches for Wyoming [AUDIO]

The National Weather Service has posted flood watches for parts of northern, central and southwest Wyoming. A member of the Wyoming Parole Board has been charged with attempted second-degree murder and attempting to influence a witness. Doug Randall has the details.
