Police say Baker refused to comply with their verbal commands, and when they searched him, they found a suspected methamphetamine pipe with burnt residue.

Baker was also found to have misdemeanor and felony warrants out of Laramie County, a Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of marijuana and a District Court warrant for failure to appear; a felony warrant out of Campbell County for failure to comply with a child support order; and a felony warrant out of Colorado for failure to appear on original charges of vehicle theft and identity theft.

Baker was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center on the warrants as well as charges of interference with a peace officer and misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine.

He was scheduled to make his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court at 9:45 a.m. this morning, Aug. 1, but was uncooperative and moved to tomorrow's jail list.
