The Wyoming senate voted 13 to 17 to kill a bill to ban discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation. The bill's sponsor, Laramie senator Chris Rothfuss said he is disappointed the bill failed, but the issue is not going away.... It was a narrow vote as I expected, and I thought it was a very good debate...
