House Votes on Amendment to Block START Treaty [AUDIO]
Congresswoman Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) joined congressman Rick Berg (R-ND) in introducing an amendment that blocks the new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) between the U.S. AND Russia.
