A new scam being reported in Sweetwater County uses the name of an actual Powerball Lottery winner to con people out of their money.

Wyoming Lottery CEO Jon Clontz wants state residents to know they now have a better chance of winning smaller prizes in the multi-state Powerball Lottery.
