Misty Stricker (Courtesy Cheyenne Police Department)[/caption]A  34 year old Cheyenne woman is facing charges of Felony Interference with Custody after allegedly taking her daughter and disappearing for several hours Tuesday evening according to Cheyenne Police Department spokesman Officer Dan Long.

Misty Stricker did not have legal custody of her daughter, 2 year old Angeleana Tyler, when she allegedly left the Safe Harbor facility on Thomes Avenue Tuesday. Stricker had been granted visitation with the girl, but could not legally leave with her according to police.

The child was found unharmed at 10:45 pm at 1410 East Fox Farm Road, no. 18. Long says tips from the public, which came in after an Amber Alert had been issued, where critical to finding the girl. Long says that if convicted of the Felony Interference with Custody charge, Stricker could receive as much as five years in prison.
