A 26 year old transient has become the second person charged in connection with a July 23, 2012 shooting incident near Frontier Park that injured a 17 year old boy.

Curtis Taylor is facing a felony charge of conspiracy to commit second degree murder in connection with the incident. 20 year old Elijah Algiene had already been charged with attempted second degree murder in connection with the shooting. Algiene faces a June 3 trial date on those charges.

Taylor, meanwhile, has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Friday, and is currently being held on $250,000 bond at the Laramie County JAIL.
