Did somebody say "Road Trip?" The Wyoming Business Council and Wyoming Women In Ag are hosting their 12th Annual Diversified Ag Tour on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. This is a trip that you'll not want to miss and it's not too late to register.

If you decide to go, you'll tour some great places in Wyoming and be able to get out and browse 4 featured stops along the way. They stops include:

  • S.A.R.E.C. - The Sustainable Agriculture Research and Extension Center which was formed in 2002 and is comprised of 1,522 acres of dry cropland. They also have an "interactive discovery" area for you to enjoy.
  • Ellis Harvest Home - This is a family run farm, west of Lingle Wyoming and established in 1959. They raise corn, dry beans and hay while feeding cattle during the winter. They also grow tomatoes, peppers, onions, cabbage and has Wyoming's oldest corn maze.
  • Table Mountain Vineyards - Take a tour through Wyoming's premier winery produced by 100% in Wyoming.
  • Meadow Maid Foods - Also a family owned company, selling foods that are only grown on their ranch. The make delivery trips to Northern Colorado as well as South Eastern Wyoming and pledge to provide grass-fed beef raised entirely on forages.
