Local Convenience Store Robbed

Cheyenne police are continuing their investigation into an armed robbery of a convenience store on East Lincolnway in Cheyenne Sunday night. Police Department spokesman Sgt. Rob Dafoe says the robber entered the Loaf and Jug at 1922 East Lincolnway around 10:30 pm, with a gun , and exited the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. Dafoe says the suspect is described as being about 5'8 and weighing between 150 and 170 pounds, with brown eyes and a dark complexion. The case reamins under investigation by Cheyenne police.
