The meeting raised the point that Americans who have lost their lives in domestic terrorist attacks since Sept. 11 have been killed at U.S. military facilities. Congressional Research shows that of the 54 domestic terrorism plots and attacks since Sept. 11, 33 focused on the U.S. military.
