Kaysen Concerned About Colorado Pot Law

Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says he is concerned about the local impact from the legalization of marijuana in Colorado.

The mayor says local police saw an immediate impact  of the legalization, adding he remains concerned ''about how marijuana will be used and the potential overuse". Wyoming

Governor Matt Mead, who is a former United States Attorney for Wyoming, also recently said he was concerned about the impact of Colorado's marijuana laws on Wyoming.
