A 33-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after police reportedly caught him driving drunk at night without his headlights on.

The officer says Cecco had bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred and mumbled speech, and his breath smelled of alcohol.

When asked if he'd been drinking, Cecco reportedly told the officer, "No."

The officer says Cecco consented to standardized field sobriety tests but refused a breath test, and showed signs he was under the influence of alcohol.

Cecco was arrested, taken to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for a blood test, and booked into the Laramie County Detention Center for DUI - fourth in 10 years, a felony punishable by up to seven years in prison, and headlights required.
