Former Vice-President Dick Cheney eulogized former Wyoming U.S. Senator Malcolm Wallop at Wallop's Funeral service in Sheridan Thursday. Doug Randall reports. Two Western Congressman are asking the General Accounting Office to serve up details about the amount of minerals in the west, how much they are worth and how much was collected in fees and royalties on behalf of taxpayers.
