First Responders Train With Air Ambulance

Laramie County first responders recently attended a training session with a crew from the Airlife helicopter sponsored by Laramie County Fire District Number 2. Cheyenne Regional Medical Center has signed a contract with AirLife that will bring Cheyenne its own air ambulance, which will be staffed around the clock.  District 2 Chief Jason Caughey says the training is designed to familiarize first responders with the air ambulance service so that they are comfortable using the service when it is needed on an emergency.
