CRMC Group Changes Name

The organization formerly known as Cheyenne Regional Physician's Group has changed it's name to Cheyenne Regional Medical Group.

Dr. Brent Sherard of Cheyenne Regional Medical Center says the name change is meant to reflect a more ''team oriented" approach to medical care. Sherard says the new name is a more accurate description of CRMC's approach to medical care, which includes not only doctors, but other medical professionals such as nurse practitioners  and physician's assistants.

Sherard says the new name is not merely a cosmetic change, but reflects a broader approach to medical care beyond just the traditional doctor-patient relationship.
