(UPDATED 2/27)The Wyoming Highway Patrol announced on Friday that 27 year old Kevin Miller of Cheyenne died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.. The incident is under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.

Cheyenne Police say a man who fled from a Felony Domestic assault is in critical condition after crashing his car.

Officer Dan Long says police received a 911 hang up call from 1710 1/2 O'Neill shortly after 3:30 this (January 26) morning. Officers arriving on the scene saw a man later identified as 27 year old Kevin Miller fleeing from the scene in a blue Subaru.

Officers chased Miller until he crashed at the intersection of West Lincolnway and Southwest Drive. Police say further investigation found Miller had been involved in a Felony Domestic assault related to the hang up call.

The crash left Miller in critical condition at last report at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
