A 40-year-old Cheyenne man is facing seven years in prison after being arrested on suspicion of fourth offense DUI.

According to court documents, Brian Medina was pulled over around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday after a cop observed him speeding down Randall Avenue.

Police say Medina refused to perform a standard field sobriety test and breath test.

Medina is currently being held in the Laramie County Jail on $3,000 cash bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 22 in Laramie County Circuit Court.
