The Sweetwater County Sheriff's Office will auction off 7 cars as well as a motorcycle and a utility trailer next wee

That's according to a post on the agency's Facebook page. According to the post, the following items are up for bid:

1995 Ford Taurus (starting bid of $100)

- 1990 Ford F-150 (has key; starting bid of $100)
- Homemade GMC utility trailer (no VIN; starting bid of $100)
- 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier (starting bid of $100)
- 1970s-model Harley Davidson motorcycle (starting bid of $534)
- 2000 Toyota Sienna (has key; starting bid of $100)
- 2015 Nissan Juke (starting bid of $552)
- 2007 Honda Civic (starting bid TBD)
- 2011 Subaru Outback (starting bid TBD)

Auction Scheduled For Next Tuesday

The auction will be held on Tuesday, December 3 at the sheriff's office located at

t 50140B US Highway 191 South in Rock Springs.

Gates open at 9:30 a.m., and bidding begins at 10 a.m.

What You Need To Know

The post goes on to say "We have no history on any of these vehicles, and most auctioned vehicles have no keys. All vehicles are auctioned as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. We reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

Pickup for auctioned vehicles is by Friday, December 6, 2024, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; cash-only payment."
The vehicles are abandoned property. The Sweetwater County Sheriff's Office holds these auctions on more or less of a monthly basis, occassionally skipping a month.
