Officials with Sweetwater County School District#1 say it appears that someone innaccurately sharing an overheard conversation led to concerns about a an incident at a junior high school on the morning of September 11.

That's according to a post on the district's Facebook page.

According to the post, someone sent a "communication'' to the district "that a potential incident may occur at the Jr High this morning, with no further information provided."

It Started With A Conversation About Incidents In Schools Around The Country

The report prompted law enforcement to get involved, according to a post. The probe found that the report stemmed from a conversation among some students about school incidents across the country. Someone overheard the conversation and shared it inaccuraely, leading to allegations that an incident was planned at Rock Springs Junior High School.

So did offensive stars Andrew Peasley, Frank Crum, Ayir Asante, Colin O'Brien and Treyton Welch. NFL personnel also got a close look at Wyoming punter Clayton Stewart.
